Wonderful

Room is really nicely decorated and clean. It is on the smaller side but very comfortable. The location is really good too and very close to a subway station and there are quite a few cafe, restaurants and mini mart nearby. The staff is really helpful and they also helped storing and delivering our big luggage back to airport. The hotel also provides laundry machine, ice machine and microwave for guests use.

Excellent stay - comfortable and good location

Excellent stay - hotel was in a good location just steps away from the subway station. Just a few stops away from the tourist areas but hotel was in a quieter (more business) area. Convenience store and places to eat nearby. Hotel was modern and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quite large (by Japanese standards) and disposable amenities (toothbrush etc) were available at the front desk if you needed anything. Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was a nice mix and included some Osaka specialities (takoyaki!!). All in all very happy for the price paid.

Nice, clean, but not in touristy spot.

The size of the bed is better than other hotels in Japan. Theres a lot of convenience store nearby like the family mart. Its 3 mins walk to kitahama station. If you going to kyoto you can go to Yokohama station.

Its in the business area. Far from touristy spot. Nothing much going on in the area.

Accessible, comfortable, good value for money

Loved how close it was to two train stations, so it was easy to get around. There's a nearby convenience store for essentials and late-night runs too. Our room was comfortable and was a good size. Even though it was winter, the temperature inside the room was just right. I also liked how respectful they are with housekeeping (not just barging in; you need to hang a make up room sign for them to clean your room). Staff were friendly, check-out was quick. Will surely stay here again when we come back!

Modern amd clean, rooms very small for a family.

Great location close to train strong amd lots of food options near by. Lovely, friendly staff. Modern and clean rooms.

Rooms were very small. If you are after just a bed, then this hotel will suit. We had a family of three and it was hard even to find room to have our luggage. Would be best suited to a couple or single. We had a double room.

Wonderful

Great location, kind employees, great cafe and sake bar around.

The last day they did not make up our room properly. No pyjamas, pillows on the sofa, coffees not filled. It seemed like they were making the room and then half way they left.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff

It’s very close to a train station,but it’s not a main one. We had to transfer trains most of the time to go to our destinations

I guess we got spoiled with some other hotels that we stayed. They didn’t offer coffee or water to their customers. Some other hotels had popsicles, cofffe, a bottle of water everyday and even an evening soup.
